विशेष अदालतले नक्कली प्रमाणपत्र पेस गरी भ्रष्टाचार गरेको मुद्दामा एक जनालाई दोषी ठहर गरेको छ । चितवनको भरतपुरस्थित विपी कोइराला मेमोरियल क्यान्सर अस्पतालका एक कर्मचारीलाई कसूर कायम गर्दै सजाय सुनाइएको हो ।

बिहीबार विशेष अदालतले बढुवा प्रयोजनका लागि नक्कली प्रमाणपत्र पेस गरेको भन्दै मनसुन नेपाललाई सजाय सुनाएको हो । नेपाललाई ६ महिना कैद र १० हजार रुपैयाँ जरिवाना हुने भएको छ भने उनले ४ सय रुपैयाँ क्षतिपूर्ति शूल्कवापत बुझाउनुपर्ने फैसलामा छ ।

अस्पतालमा जुनियर असिस्टेन्ट पदमा बढुवा हुनका लागि उनले नक्कली एसएलसी को मार्कसिट पेस गरेका थिए । साथै परोपकार आदर्श माध्यमिक विद्यालयको नाम उल्लेख भएको नक्कली चारित्रिक प्रमाणपत्र समेत उनले बुझाएको भेटिएको थियो ।

०७८ चैतमा पेस गरेको नक्कली कागजातका आधारमा ०७९ को असोज अन्तिममा उनको बढुवा भएको थियो । अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगमा यसको उजुरी परेपछि अनुसन्धान भएको हो ।

यस मुद्दामा यसै वर्ष ७ पुसमा अख्तियारले मुद्दा दायर गरेकोमा एक महिनामा फैसला आएको छ । विशेषका अध्यक्ष टेकनारायण कुँवर तथा सदस्यहरु मुरारीबाबु श्रेष्ठ र विदुर कोइरालाको इजलासले यस्तो फैसला गरेको हो ।
