भ्रष्टाचार मुद्दामा नवराजपुरका प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृतसमेत आठै जनालाई सफाइ

काठमाडौं, ९ माघ

विशेष अदालतले सिरहाको नवराजपुर गाउँपालिकाका प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृतसमेत ८ जनालाई भ्रष्टाचार मुद्दामा सफाइ दिएको छ । अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगले सात महिनाअघि दर्ता गराएको मुद्दामा यस्तो फैसला भएको हो ।

यस मुद्दामा विशेष अदालतका सदस्यहरु रामबहादुर थापा र विदुर कोइरालाको इजलासले फैसला गरेको छ । सडक ग्राभेलका क्रममा हुँदै नभएको काम देखाइ सरकारी रकम भुक्तानी गरिएको अभियोगसहित आठ जनामाथि मुद्दा चलाइएको थियो ।

यस क्रममा १२ लाख ७ हजार रुपैयाँभन्दा बढीको भ्रष्टाचार भएको अख्तियारको दाबी थियो । तर उक्त अभियोग पुष्टि नहुने फैसला भएको हो । विशेष अदालतले बुधबार यस्तो फैसला गरेको हो ।

अख्तियारले नवराजपुरका तत्कालीन प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृत अमरेन्द्र कुसियैत, इञ्जिनियर कृष्णा साह, सब–इञ्जिनियर सन्तोष कुमार यादव र लेखापाल सोमप्रसाद आचार्यलाई प्रतिवादी बनाएको थियो । यसै मुद्दामा उपभोक्ता समितिका अध्यक्ष जिवछ कुमार यादव, कोषाध्यक्ष पुनमकुमारी देवी र सचिव रामउदगार मण्डलसमेत प्रतिवादी थिए ।

नवराजपुरका वडा नं. २ का अध्यक्ष खुसिलाल साहसमेत विरुद्ध मुद्दा दायर भएकोमा उनले पनि सफाइ पाएका हुन् । आर्थिक वर्ष ०७७÷७८ मा मझौरा हुँदै बरगाछीदेखि पटनासम्मको माटो र ग्राभेलबाट सडक निर्माणमा अनियमितता गरेको अभियोग उनीहरुमाथि थियो ।
