प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओलीले चीन भ्रमण गरेसँगै नेपाललाई प्रतिबद्धता गरिएको अनुदान रकमबारे चर्चा चुलिएको छ । यस पटक चिनियाँ राष्ट्रपति शि जिनपिङले नेपाललाई ५० करोड युआन अर्थात् झन्डै ९ अर्ब रुपैयाँ अनुदान दिने घोषणा गरे ।
यो पहिलो पटक भने होइन । चिनियाँ राष्ट्रपतिले पाँच वर्ष अघि दुई पटक गरेर नेपाललाई करिब ८५ अर्ब रुपैयाँबराबर अनुदान दिने घोषणा गरेका थिए । यसैगरी प्रधानमन्त्री केपी ओलीको चीन भ्रमणका क्रममा भने चीनले २ अर्ब ७० करोड रुपैयाँ नगद सहयोग दिने सम्झौतामा हस्ताक्षर गरेको थियो ।
तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपति विद्यादेवी भण्डारीले अप्रिल २०१९ मा गरेको चीन भ्रमणका क्रममा चीनले १ अर्ब चिनियाँ युआन अर्थात करिब १९ अर्ब रुपैयाँ अनुदान दिने घोषणा गरेको थियो । त्यसलगत्तै चिनियाँ राष्ट्रपति सीको नेपाल भ्रमणको क्रममा उनले साढे ३ अर्ब चिनियाँ युआन अर्थात करिब साढे ६५ अर्ब रुपैयाँ अनुदान दुई वर्षभित्र नेपाललाई उपलब्ध गराउने घोषणा गरेका थिए ।
तर यी घोषणाअनुसार अहिलेसम्म एक पैसा पनि नेपालले पाएको छैन । हालको अनुदान घोषणासमेत जोड्दा चीनबाट नेपालले पाउनुपर्ने अनुदान रकम ९३ अर्ब रुपैयाँ पुगे पनि ती रकम नेपालले पाइ नसकेको अर्थ मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ ।
यद्यपि यस अघिका केही परियोजना जसमा नेपाल स्पष्ट थियो, ती भने कार्यान्वयन भइसकेका छन् । नेपालले ठोस योजनाबिना रकम माग्नु नेपालको ठूलो कमजोरी रहेको कूटनीतिज्ञहरुको भनाइ छ ।

रविविरुद्ध दुई अभियोग कायम नरहने निर्णय फिर्ताको मागसहित रिट दर्ता 
तिलाठीका प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृत यादवलगायत ७ प्रतिवादीलाई सफाइ 
आफैले गरेको निर्णय महान्यााधिवक्ताले गरिन् संशोधन : रवि मात्र नभइ सबै प्रतिवादीको हकमा दुई मुद्दा कायम नरहने 
अभियोगपत्र संशोधन गर्ने ‘छनौटपूर्ण निर्णय’ को विरोध, फिर्ता लिन बारको माग
